Private Lesson (1 hour ride time, tack up independently): $55

Lesson packages expire ten (10) weeks from the date of the first lesson.

Beginner and Junior Program

Our beginner and junior program is focused on introducing enthusiastic young riders to the horses we know and love in the Apollo Equestrian family. This program offers age-appropriate horsemanship education on the ground and in the saddle in a low-pressure, non-competitive environment. We love watching kids gain knowledge, skill, and confidence. We strive for each kid to feel welcomed and as if they are the “favorite.”

Rider safety is the focus of this program. We ensure equipment is fitted properly and that riders are paired with an appropriate lesson horse. We aim to instill excellent horsemanship skills, including but not limited to catching, leading, grooming, and correctly identifying horse behavior and communication. We will spend time focusing on the language associated with horsemanship, including identifying tack; types of saddles and parts, bridle parts, bits, grooming tools, horse body parts and so much more.

Private Lesson (1 hour, includes about 20 minutes of horsemanship and 40 minutes ride time): $60

Lesson horse fees included!

Sibling (or BFF!) lesson (90 minutes total, 20 minutes tacking/untacking and 35 minutes riding time per rider.) This is great for young riders just getting introduced to horses! (30 minutes): $70/ two riders ($35/ rider)
